Privacy notice
This notice explains how LEiO SA handles personal data when you visit leio.ch or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Who is responsible
LEiO SA, Geneva, Switzerland, UID CHE-137.367.659. Contact: workflows@leio.ch.
Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and all other files are served from leio.ch itself, so your visit does not send data to third parties.
Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA, operates its data centres in Switzerland. Like any web server, it records technical access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
If you email us or take part in a research conversation, we use your name, firm, role, contact details and what you tell us only to arrange and hold the conversation and to send you the anonymized findings. Research notes are kept confidential and are never attributed to you or your firm. You can ask us at any time to delete your data.
Booking and platform demo
Booking a time takes you to Calendly, a scheduling service operated by Calendly LLC in the United States, which processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Booking is optional; you can always contact us by email instead. The platform demo at leio.ch/demo runs entirely in your browser, contains only fictional example data and sends nothing to us or to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to workflows@leio.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
